| Sujet | The influence of ship generated waves on erosion of the banks on non-tidal waterways has been studied extensively for some rivers in Flanders. The aim of this work is to compare the conclusions for non-tidal waterways to the situation on the river Scheldt, where the tides play an important role. For the Scheldt the student will use results of the benthos research project.
