Study the effect of surface roughness on the effectiveness of the paint system

BACH

- literature study

- blast samples with different kinds of materials (like different grit sizes)

- inspect the surfaces under a microscope & compare

MASTER

- paint the samples under controlled conditions and subject them to weathering under controlled conditions

- conclude

REMARK

This is a very practical thesis and consequently requires a hands on approach.
