The goal of this research is to conduct experiments on the full mission simulators of AMA to investigate the interaction between autonomous ships and conventional ships in a specific operational context when autonomous ships fail to display 'good seamanship'. This part of the research project will focus on the nautical and human factors influencing operational unrest This research builds on the expertise of the ongoing BOF project: interactions between the Unmanned and manned ships using full mission simulator experiments.
