We have a Competence Management System for our sailing vessels. We would like a similar competence management system on our FSRU and FLNG, however the competences need to be adjusted to be in line with the operations on the unit. Main differences; FSRU and FLNG are stationary, have continuous operations, have a lot of Ship to Ship operations. It is possible to visit our FSRU Eemshaven, or even to stay on board for a few days, to discuss the requirements with the crew on board.
